I saw the writing on the wall so I did what it told me it said climb me like a mountain until you hear the thunder I saw the writing on the wall so I did what I could do what about you what about you now I don't know the next move time to deja vu and you what comes natural but I've never been here before and it's something I can't ignore like the end of a time or a new beginning or rhyme but I can tell you this like I walked across the desert this time has to end less I fry in the Sun Every season has to end so I'm up against the wall and wonder if I stand or fall does she who stands the longest win or he that stands alone is surely to have thunder shall I climb the wall cuz I can or do I wait for it to crumble while I stand and wait I'm still against the wall so it's a leap of faith that I climb like a mountain I saw the writing on the wall so I did what it told me it said climb me like a mountain until you hear the thunder

The Anchor

And though the tide was running and the ducks were diving I was stuck in the water going nowhere so I pulled the anchor from the bottom Drifters can't drift when their anchored to the bottom but it takes a fisher of men to swing it to heaven so I followed him even Drifters need a anchor to somewhere and anchor to heaven let you go with the tide running with the tide is like a sail full of wind by the grace of God is comes from him and there's Bounty sailing the ocean blue whether you ride the wind or the waves or drift with the tide you're learning to live on life's terms and enjoying Within like the sands on the beach each one takes turns being the king of the mountain and your day will come it shines in the Sun a crystal in motion like a kaleidoscope so is your life and crystals under the sea are magnified by Beauty and I know one named Chelsea Grace and by the grace of God she is a beauty and though the tide was running and the ducks were diving I was stuck in the water going nowhere so I pulled the anchor from the bottom Drifters can't drift when they're anchored to the bottom but it takes a fisher of men to swing it to heaven and even Drifters need an anchor to somewhere so I followed him with an anchor to heaven lets you go with the tide running with the tide is like a sale full of wind by the grace of God it comes from him and there's bounty sailing the ocean blue whether you ride the wind or waves or drift with the tide you are learning to live on life's terms and enjoying Within

Hometown

Now I'm 25 and there's the end of the train
with a light on the caboose as it passes by
so do I in my hometown and my memories go
like a waterfall off a cliff and my memories goes
like a waterfall off a cliff now I'm 25 and there's the end of the train
with the light on the Caboose as it passes by
so do I in my hometown and my memories go
like a waterfall off a Clift   there goes the girlfriend I had
there goes the rock and roll there goes the football games
there goes the highways we couldn't wait to move
along that long Winding Road but no one told us
it could get so cold in a hurry it's the roar of the engine
that keeps me warm a Cuppa Joe and a shot of gin
I knew this day would come but not how It would end
I drive by the houses of Old Friends how we crossed
on the highway, nothing matters to them now
we were just old friends they took a different path
some were lucky guys like me with a flash of gin
well you know the story this wouldn't be my last time around
maybe I'll even stop and visit I'm sure someone
would like to know how the class clown got down
how he did it my way Burning Bridges and making friends
to share over my misery of my hometown
now I'm 25 and there's the end of the train with a light on
the Cabos's as it passes by so do I in my hometown
and my memories go like a waterfall off a cliff there goes
the girlfriend I had there going to rock and roll there...

Kevin C Lajiness;  Dear Julie you ask for clarification or to accept your amendment description of services,

the start the device I want to develope ids for internet use it is a handheld digital photo frame/ screen for
viewing pictures and videos where it gets its pictures and videos is from a paired device through the internet
such as a computer, I can't be any clearer that that b did you even look at my work or did you just rush this

Applicant may adopt the following identification, if accurate:

International Class 9: “Digital photo frames where the user can customize albums for
displaying selected photos and videos and select intended recipients of the albums”
Problem with this is The Digital Photo frame or frames(more than one device)
are paired to another device such as a computer, the pictures are in a shared file on
the paired device, in this case the computer. the shared device controls what goes in the file ,
albums, pictures, the way they are displayed. All the owner of the Digital photo frame,
device, screen can do is view them.
Maybe you need help understanding this , this is as clear and concise as one can get,
that is not meant to knock you, just saying as a professional sometimes we need help

As far as who would use this , anyone that wants to view pictures and videos  over the internet
from a device like a computer, obviously they would need to have an internet connection
and be paired with the other device.
once they are paired it doesn't matter who the recipient is, it is the one with the digital photo frame

She Carried You By Kevin Lajiness

I walked down the beach again foot prints joined together then they end Then they end hay were hay were hay were when I tried to carry you my friend But the weight brought me down and it all came crashing to an end hay were hay were hay were when it was me that was the weight that brought her down she loved me till the end and carried me for life I own all of me Then it accrued to me no one walks alone in life even when life begins She carried you within hey were hey were hay were hay were hay were hay were when she carried you and set you free to marry and let you be So you spend a life together and you're carried again she holds you up and gives her life for you and gives birth to your children she carries within she carries till she could carry no more she carries you in life and she carries you when you die for whatever love is one thing is for sure when someone cares enough for you that they carry you know that love is truly in their eyes I walked down the beach again foot prints joined together then they end Then they end hay were hay were hay were when I tried to carry you my friend But when the weight brought me down and it all came to an end hay were hay were hay were when I it was me that was the weight that brought her down she loved me till the end of our fate and carried me for life I own all of me to her Then it accrued to me no one walks alone in life even when life begins

[01:21.29]that's the maiden flight just like him you will know when your time has come
[01:33.77]and once he goes he's never turning back he'll sore into the night
[01:42.75]sunrise till sunset wind and fire in his eyes and when his time is right he'll choose a mate

The Spirit in Me By Kevin Lajiness

[00:06.15]In a different time and place the seabird lost the race
[00:18.31]broke his wing and was drown watched him helplessly as he flailed in a wave
[00:33.98]gave up his spirit and drown reached out and touched the wave and asked
[00:48.02]if not to be saved that his spirit come into me that i might share my life endlessly
[01:04.62]live more like thee then there come a day a story came to me
[01:18.28]child that was not to be never took a breath of air
[01:28.39]his life was to be ended so unnecessarily
[01:38.81]so i said to the wind if i could share with thee
[01:49.73]that he might take a breath through me
[01:55.72]till the end of my days so it should be that for that time
[02:06.83]my spirit would be more like the unborn child peaceful and innocent
[02:19.25]and that it occurred to me the spirit i shared was already a part of
[02:30.79]the sea and the bird in me and so the story goes
[02:40.71]and so they live on in me the spirit of the innocent and the sea
[02:56.75]In a different time and place the seabird lost the race
[03:09.48]broke his wing and was drown I watched him helplessly as he flail on a wave

Hard on this Heart

I looked at the mountain I had to clime to get over
to you today and it took me away
Hard on this heart hard to say hard to find my way
How much more can I take from you being away
Rescue my heart from falling away never say die try and try
To get by but what else can I say rescue me today
Hard to this heart hard to say hard to find your way
If I knew what I know today could I change and make you stay
But you found you way , then you found your bride
Fathers will fade time goes by its always that way
But in the end its not that your far It what’s in your heart
if you your happy that way so is dad

to you today and it took me away
Hard on this heart hard to say hard to find my way
How much more can I take from you being away
Rescue my heart from falling away never say die try and try

The Writings On the Wall

In times of trouble we act out all our feeling:
Where do they come from, The Writings on the Wall
where do they come from
Where do they come from
where do they come from
The writings on the Wall
Speculation is a gamble but the habit of Meditation is the
Basis for all knowledge
Where does it come from
Where does it come from
Where does it come from, The Writings on the Wall
You can tell when someones Leaving
There's a Prelude to the Performance before the final Play
It's in the Writing
It's in the Writing
It's in the Writing on the Wall

"I'm going to rewrite this soon to include some life events" Here's the dealeo, I started doing Wood Sculptures about 15 years ago to try and keep myself busy after I stopped drinking and smoking. About 5 years into it I got throat and neck Cancer. I say this because before I had the Cancer I had not written or sung Music. Looking to clean up an open space in late 2007 and 2008 ( http://openspacedocumentary.blogspot.com/) i became closer to some of the local wild life, I bonded with a Hawk and a Baby duck and started to write songs, I forced myself to sing when I could, I have over three hundred songs now, some good, some not so good, but I am getting better at writing, singing, mixing and arranging.

I write from a position of emotion and honesty, usually tell a story about love, life, relationships, nature, adventure, history, spirituality, philosophy etc. My Art and Music style is Naive, I beat mix looped instruments as accompaniments but the melodies don't necessarily match, but I put a great deal of thought into them and try and bring something epic to bear in mind, yet some of my songs are ballads and relaxing songs of love .
I have 5 song books/ songbooks online 4 of them avalable as google e-books my "The 2009" http://kevinlajiness2009song.blogspot.com/  and 2010 Song Book https://books.google.com/books?id=SWsPBAAAQBAJThe 2011 Song Book https://books.google.com/books?id=8xkOBAAAQBAJ  and
Kevin Lajiness 2012 Song Book https://books.google.com/books?id=MpsNBAAAQBAJKevin Lajiness 2013-2014 Song Book (Google eBook)http://books.google.com/books/about/Kevin_Lajiness_2013_2014_Song_Book.html?id=wHEMBAAAQBAJ
These books represent a ton of work , good bad or indifferent. I apologize ahead of time for typo's English and spelling, i suck at all of that, but it's about the music and lyrics and that's what really matter but I gave it my best.
with some links to the songs , some I have taken down, (I am going to try and put them all back up for nostalgia and to show my progress from Throat and neck Cancer), but the lyrics are all there
I have many slideshows/Videos of nature and Open Space pic's over the years that I put to my music on YouTube-kevinlajiness  and saved in Google + or Picasa.

I grew up on Lake Erie Lagoons, my grandfather had a bate shop. Fishing and hunting was big on my fathers side no doubted stemmed from the fact that his ancestors were “Woods Runners” or “coureurs des bois”. As long as I can remember I’ve had a love for trees, nature and the environment, I attribute that, and the spiritual connection I have with mother earth, to the connection my ancestors had with the Indigenous peoples of the Americas. Most if not all of them are child friendly. I started writing my early songs while working on a open space for a year, where I bonded with a hawk and a duck.

Allot of what I draw from comes from life’s experience and what’s in my heart, what I believe is a responsibility to carry the messages of or ancestors on what is right, to come to a conclusion we are all part of something bigger than ourselves and that we pass that on to our children in story and song, but remember i am an artist I write story and rhyme, lesson and fable, I do not try to be politically correct.even though i don't use cuss words other that Hell and dam, I don't have a problem with artist that do,to each there own, I believe things evolve for a reason, hey it got someone out of the slums, by the way the baby duck that followed me home got to big and i gave her to a zoo keeper, she flew back to his house from the zoo and they raised her, she has since had her own baby's
